The Adjudicating authority vide order dated 11th July, 2024 appointed Mr. Anurag Goel (IBBI/IPA- 001/IP-P-00876/2017-18/11460), as Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) who is managing assets, management and carrying the functions mentioned under the Insolvency Bankruptcy Code,2016. The said form GNL-2 vide SRN AC5803702 has been approved and taken on record by the Registrar of Companies, Noida which in term considered as an approval of the application filed by the Company for the extension of period for 3 months (i.e. upto 31st December, 2026) for holding and calling the Annual General Meeting for FY 2025-2026.
