Closure of Trading Window

Unique Organics Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for promoters, directors, designated persons, and other insiders. The window will be closed from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. This action is taken in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, to prevent trading based on unpublished price-sensitive information.
