The said equity shares shall rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company, in all aspects. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company has increased from ₹ 1,44,67,92,490/- (i.e. 28,93,58,498 equity shares of face value ₹ 5/- each) to ₹ 1,44,68,75,675/- (i.e. 28,93,75,135 equity shares of face value ₹ 5/- each).
