The Company is evaluating this matter and will submit its reply within the prescribed time period. There is no material impact on the financials, operations or other activities of the Company due to this Notice. The Notice was received after office hours on Friday, 18th September, 2026, and the Company is filing the disclosure today, i.e. Monday, 21st September, 2026, being the first working day after receipt of the Notice.
