Sub: Intimation of closure of Trading Window
Pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of Tata Motors Limited
(formerly TML Commercial Vehicles Limited) (‘the Company’), the Trading Window for
dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from Wednesday,
September 23, 2026, in view of the declaration of the Financial Results of the Company for
the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the said Financial Results are declared to the
Stock Exchanges.
