In reference to the clarifications/confirmations sought, our responses are as follows: • Whether such negotiations were taking place? If so, you are advised to provide the said information along with the sequence of events in chronological order from the start of negotiations till date. Company’s Response - We wish to clarify that OFSS is a subsidiary of Oracle, and it is a separate entity altogether. We do not have any knowledge of developments with regards to Oracle’s data centre mentioned in the referenced article. • Whether you/company are aware of any information that has not been announced to the Exchanges which could explain the aforesaid movement in the trading? Company’s Response - Considering that the shares of the Company are freely traded on the stock exchanges, the Company will not be in a position to comment on the movement in its share price. The Company has promptly intimated the stock exchanges regarding all events and disclosed all information, that have a bearing on the operations/ performance of the Company, in accordance with Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations as and when required and will continue to do so in accordance with applicable law. As on date, we have no material price sensitive information which warrants any specific disclosure other than those already disseminated to the public.
