Dear Sir/Madam, Further to our earlier intimation dated 18" May, 2026 bearing reference no. WWL/CS/2026- 27/017, regarding the sad demise of Mrs. Pushpa Gupta, Promoter Group of the Company, on 16! May, 2026, we wish to inform you that the transmission of her shareholding has been completed in favour of her nominee, Mr. Sitaram Gupta. She was holding 1,72,300 equity shares, representing 1.70% of the total paid-up equity share capital of the Company. Consequent upon completion of the transmission, the aforesaid 1,72,300 equity shares have been transmitted and registered in the name of Mr. Sitaram Gupta. Further, pursuant to the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Mr. Sitaram Gupta shall be classified as a member of the Promoter Group of the Company, consequent upon the transmission of the aforesaid shares. The necessary changes in the shareholding and promoter/promoter group classification shall be reflected in the relevant statutory and regulatory records/disclosures of the Company.
