Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para B of Part A of Schedule III and other applicable provisions of
the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the “Listing
Regulations”), and the SEBI Master Circular on compliance with the provisions of the Listing
Regulations, as amended from time to time, we are pleased to inform you that GK Energy Limited (the
“Company”) has received a Letter of Award (the “LoA”) from Maharashtra State Electricity
Distribution Company Limited for setting up of 150 MW / 300 MWh of Battery Energy Storage
Systems (“BESS”) in Maharashtra with VGF support.
The details as required under Regulation 30 read with Para B of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI
Listing Regulations and SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026
dated 30th January, 2026 are enclosed herewith as Annexure A.
