TDSAT has issued judgment on the stated appeal allowing all issues in favour of DIAL including appeal pertaining to non-implementation of previous TDSAT order. The aforesaid decision will be implemented by AERA within three months from the date of the Judgment, unless the Judgment is appealed by AERA.
