Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on Sunday, September 20, 2026 has approved the temporary interim investment of the unutilized proceeds received from the preferential issue, aggregating to Rs.287,49,97,125/- (Rupees Two Hundred Eighty Seven Crores Forty Nine Lakh Ninety Seven Thousand One Hundred Twenty Five only). The Company may invest its unutilized funds in money market instruments/schemes, including money market mutual funds, liquid funds, overnight funds, and other suitable debt-oriented schemes/instruments, fixed deposits with scheduled commercial banks, securities issued by the Government of India, or such other investments as may be permitted under applicable laws. Such investments shall be made solely for interim deployment of the unutilized funds and shall be realized as and when the funds are required to be utilised towards the objects of the Preferential Issue.
