Dear Madam / Sir, Sub: Intimation of receipt of Letter of Award (LOA) to Welspun Michigan Engineers Limited (WMEL) (Formerly known as Welspun Michigan Engineers Private Limited), material subsidiary of the Company by Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation. In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended (“SEBI LODR Regulations”), we are pleased to inform you that Welspun Michigan Engineers Limited (“WMEL”), formerly known as Welspun Michigan Engineers Private Limited, a material subsidiary of the Company, has secured two significant sewer rehabilitation projects from Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) vide Letter of Award (“LOA”) dated September 18, 2026, for the following works, with an aggregate contract value of ₹351.24 Crore (including GST & excluding provisional sum). Both these projects are funded by World Bank. 1. Western Ahmedabad – Rehabilitation of Existing Sewer Lines ₹229.48 Crore The project involves rehabilitation of the main trunk sewer line from Gola Lake to 285 MLD TSPS, covering the stretch from Iskcon Char Rasta to 285 MLD TSPS. 2. Eastern Ahmedabad – Rehabilitation of Existing Sewer Lines ₹121.76 Crore The project involves rehabilitation of existing sewer lines across key stretches of Eastern Ahmedabad, including, Odhav 310 to Panjrapole Char Rasta to Nirant Cross Road to Mahadev Imperial; and Metro Pillar No. 99 to Nirant Char Rasta. These two projects are among the largest individual sewer rehabilitation projects currently being undertaken by AMC and the Western Ahmedabad project of ₹229.48 crore represents one of the largest rehabilitation orders secured by WMEL through its standalone bidding capacity, further reinforcing the Company’s growing presence in the urban water and wastewater infrastructure sector. With the receipt of the aforesaid LOAs, WMEL’s order book as of June, 2026 increased from ~ ₹2,135 Crore to ~ ₹2,432.66 Crore, representing an addition of ~ ₹297.66 Crore (excluding GST & provisional sum).
