Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para B of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI Listing Regulations”), and further to the objects of the Offer disclosed in the Prospectus of the Company dated 21st January, 2026, we wish to inform you that the Company has commenced commercial operations at its Semiconductor & Specialty Gas debulking and blending facility (the “Facility”) situated at Gat No. 12, Hissa No. 1, Lohop Village, Taluka – Khalapur, District Raigad – 410207, Maharashtra. The Company successfully completed the installation of plant and machinery at the Facility by the end of August 2026. Trial runs and commissioning were undertaken thereafter, commencing in the first week of September 2026. Upon completion of these activities, the Facility is now ready for operations and commercial production is scheduled to commence from 21st September, 2026. The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with the SEBI Master Circular dated 11th November, 2024 are enclosed herewith and marked as Annexure – I: The Facility marks the Company’s entry into semiconductor and specialty gases, diversifies its product portfolio, and is expected to be a key contributor to the Company’s production capacities and revenue growth going forward.
