MTSL is a subsidiary of the Company. In this regard, the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai I, has issued the ‘Certificate of Registration of Order confirming Reduction of Capital’ on September 18, 2026, under Section 66 of the Act and the “Effective Date” for reduction of share capital is September 18, 2026. Further, MTSL (along with its subsidiaries) have now become wholly owned subsidiary(ies) of the Company.
