In continuation to the above referred intimation and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI Listing Regulations"), we would like to inform you that the Company has paid an amount equivalent to OMR 21,000/- for acquisition of 14,000 equity shares of OMR 1/- each representing 70% shareholding of Arabian Water Tech LLC by the Company. We would like to further inform you that consequent upon the above remittance by the Company, the Company has received the Share Certificate for 14,000 equity shares of OMR 1/- each representing 70% shareholding of Arabian Water Tech LLC, duly transferred in the name of the Company and accordingly, Arabian Water Tech LLC has become a subsidiary of the Company.
