The Company is presently evaluating the matter in consultation with its legal and other professional advisors and is assessing the legal remedies, representations, clarifications and other recourses available under applicable law. At this stage, the Company is not in a position to conclusively determine the ultimate financial impact of the matter. Any impact on the financial statements of the Company will be assessed and determined in accordance with applicable law and accounting standards after completion of the ongoing review.
