Sub.: Allotment of Equity Shares under the Employees Stock Option Plan of the Company
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations, we hereby inform that the Executive,
Borrowings and Investment Committee of the Board of Directors, has allotted 33,689 Equity
shares of ₹10/- each to 18 employees in their meeting held on 18-09-2026, who had exercised
their Options in accordance with CAGL Employees Stock Option Plan – 2011.
The allotted ESOP shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company
in all respects.
