The Company, as EPC Contractor, had invoked the Dispute Adjudication Board (“DAB”) mechanism under Clause 3.68 of the Conditions of Contract in respect of certain claims arising under its two EPC contracts with SJVN Green Energy Limited (“SGEL”), a wholly owned subsidiary of SJVN Limited, for (i) the 100 MW (AC) Solar Photovoltaic Power Project at Village Mothara, Tehsil Abdasa, District Kutch, Gujarat (GUVNL Phase XIII) (“100 MW project”); and (ii) the 260 MW (AC) Solar Photovoltaic Power Project at the same location (GUVNL Phase XIV) (“260 MW project”). The Sole Adjudicator constituting the DAB for both contracts has passed separate Final Reasoned Determinations & Awards Case Reference No. DAB/100MW/01/2026 for 100 MW project and Case Reference No. DAB/260MW/01/2026 for 260 MW project. Particulars of each Award are set out in Annexure A (100 MW project) and Annexure B (260 MW project) enclosed herewith, in the format prescribed under the SEBI Master Circular dated January 30, 2026, bearing reference no.
