The said resolution was put to vote through the electronic voting mechanism and was approved by the CoC with the requisite voting share, in accordance with the provisions of Section 22 of the IBC, 2016 and the applicable regulations made thereunder. Accordingly, Mr. Alok Kumar Murarka has been appointed as the Resolution Professional of the Company for the remaining period of the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (“CIRP”), subject to the applicable provisions of the IBC, 2016 and the regulations made thereunder.
