value₹5,310croreissuedbyitswhollyownedsubsidiary,ManipalHospitalsPrivateLimited.
TheredemptionwasundertakenusingtherelevantportionoftheIPO proceeds,in
accordancewiththeobjectsoftheInitialPublicOfferingdisclosedintheProspectusdated
July31,2026.
TheredemptionincludestheoutstandingNCDprincipal,alongwithaccruedinterestand
applicableprepayment/earlyredemptioncosts.Themovemarksakeystepinthe
company'spost-listingfinancialstrategyandisexpectedtostrengthenitsbalancesheet
andimprovefinancialleverage.
SameerAgarwal,ChiefFinancialOfficer,ManipalHealthEnterprisesLimited,said,“Thefull
redemptionof₹5,310croreofNCDsisanimportantmilestoneinourpost-listingjourney.
BydeployingtheIPOproceedstowardsdebtrepaymentasplanned,wearestrengthening
ourbalancesheet,reducingourinterestburdenandcreatinggreaterfinancialheadroomto
supportourgrowthplans.Thisgivesusgreaterflexibilitytocontinueinvestingincapacity,

Thedebtreductionisexpectedtosupportthecompany'sfocusonprofitablegrowthand
operationalefficiency,whileprovidinggreaterfinancialflexibilityforitsongoingexpansion
andinvestmentpriorities.
TheannouncementfollowsManipalHealth’sstrongQ1FY27performance,withrevenue
growing38.1%year-on-yearto₹3,091croreandEBITDArising26.4%to₹749crore.PAT
stoodat₹243crore,whileadjustedPATgrew30.9%to₹332crore.
TheredemptionisinlinewiththestatedobjectsoftheIPOandreflectsthecompany's
focusondisciplinedcapitalallocationandstrengtheningitsfinancialpositionasitenters
itsnextphaseofgrowth.
