The Amalgamation shall take effect from the Appointed Date as specified in the Scheme, upon filing of the certified copy of the Regional Director's order with the Registrar of Companies in e-Form INC-28. Upon such filing, Transferor Company 1 and Transferor Company 2 shall stand dissolved, without being wound up. Further, it is clarified that the aforesaid Scheme is not related to, and is distinct from, the Scheme of Demerger relating to the Commerce vertical of the Company.
