subsidiary of the Company, has received orders from Indus Towers Limited (formerly Bharti Infratel
Limited) for the supply of Lithium-Ion Battery Banks.
The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master
Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 are enclosed as
Annexure A:
The revised disclosure is being submitted to rectify an inadvertent omission in the disclosure
submitted on September 18, 2026, wherein the word “Crore” was not mentioned after “Rs. 217.56”
in Sl. No. 7 of Annexure A.
