Sub: Corrigendum to the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26
Ref: Regulation 30 and 34(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and
Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’)
We write to inform you that in continuance of our letter dated September 03, 2026, the Company had
submitted its Annual Report along with the Notice of the 40th Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) to be
held on Friday, September 25, 2026, at 02.00 P.M. (IST) via Video Conference / Other Audio Visual
Means (OVAM). Subsequent to the filing, we noticed certain inadvertent typographical non-material
and non-financial errors in the Annual Report, as detailed below:
1. Page No. 144 - Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report (BRSR):
a. Under the Column “Name of the holding / subsidiary / associate companies / joint ventures
(A)” specified in Sl. No. 38, KVN Property Holdings LLP shall be read as ‘Subsidiary’ instead of
‘Associate’.
b. Under the Column “Name of the holding / subsidiary / associate companies / joint ventures
(A)” specified in Sl. No. 39, Provident White Oaks LLP shall be read as ‘Subsidiary’ instead of
‘Associate’.
c. Sl. No. 40 shall be added in the table with ‘Names of holding / subsidiary / associate companies
/ joint ventures’ with the below details:

2. In Page No. 95 – Boards Report: Under the sub-heading ‘Subsidiaries’ of the main heading
‘Subsidiaries, Joint Ventures, and Associates’, the sentence “As on date, the Company has 30
(thirty) subsidiary entities (including nine step-down subsidiaries in India and 2 subsidiaries in Sri
Lanka)” shall be read as “As on date, the Company has 30 (thirty) Subsidiary Companies (including
nine step-down subsidiaries in India and excluding 2 subsidiaries in Sri Lanka)”
3. In Page No. 02 – Across the Pages: ‘201 | Financial Statements’ should be read as ‘228 | Financial
Statements’.
The aforesaid disclosure changes are non-material and non-financial in nature and do not have any
impact / bearing on the Financial Statements of the Company. All other information contained in the
Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 shall remain unchanged, except for the corrections
mentioned above.
A copy of the updated Annual Report is enclosed herewith and is also being made available on the
website of the Company at www.puravankara.com/investors and on the website of National Securities
Depository Limited (NSDL) at www.evoting.nsdl.com.

Some facts about Puravankara require no retelling. For 50 years, the company has
earned the trust of families who have moved into a Puravankara home, investors
who have backed the company through several cycles, and partners who have built
alongside it. This immense trust, earned early, has remained resilient through a simple
and unglamorous promise: doing business honestly, delivering on what is promised, and
choosing long-term credibility over short-term convenience. Since the company’s start
in the 70s, this promise has never wavered. Many leaders have shaped Puravankara, and
