Sub: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations, 2015
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that the Company has received an order dated September
17, 2026, from the Registrar of Companies (‘ROC’), whereby a penalty has been imposed on
the Company and its erstwhile Officers, pertaining to a delay in filing Form MR-2 in
connection with the appointment of Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Panchal as Managing Director of the
Company in the year 2023. Dr. Panchal served as the Managing Director of the Company from
January 1, 2023 to June 30, 2025.
The delay in filing was on account of technical glitches experienced on the filing portal of the
Ministry of Corporate Affairs (‘MCA’), whereby Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Panchal's DIN, was
erroneously reflected as inactive due to alleged non-filing of DIR-3 KYC, despite
inapplicability of this requirement at the time.
In this regard, please find the details as required under the SEBI Master Circular
HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 attached herewith as
Annexure – A.

The DIN was activated in August 2023
following sustained follow-up efforts, after
which requisite filings were completed. The
ROC has now passed an abovementioned order
in the matter.
