In accordance with Regulations 30 and 51 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,
2015, we wish to inform you that Infomerics Valuation and Rating Pvt. Ltd. (“Infomerics”) has revised the ratings
assigned to certain outstanding debt instruments/facilities and the proposed Commercial Paper (“CP”) programme of
Share India Securities Limited (“the Company”), as detailed below.
The Company had originally obtained credit ratings from Infomerics. Subsequently, pursuant to its internal assessment
and strategic objectives, the Company transitioned its rating arrangements to CRISIL Ratings Limited (“CRISIL”) and
communicated to Infomerics its decision not to seek further ratings from it.
The Company currently has Bank facilities, outstanding Non-Convertible Debentures (“NCDs”) and a proposed CP
programme, which are rated by CRISIL, as applicable. The CRISIL ratings were reaffirmed vide its letter dated August
17, 2026. Further, CARE Ratings Limited (“CARE”) has assigned ratings to the Company’s NCDs. All ratings assigned
or revised in respect of the Company’s debt instruments/facilities are duly disclosed to the Stock Exchanges, as
applicable, and are available on the websites of the respective rating agencies and the Company.
The Company’s current debt instruments and facilities are rated by CRISIL and CARE, with all ratings remaining valid
and periodically reaffirmed.
The revised ratings as issued by Infomerics are as follows:
