Record Date

Onward Technologies Ltd has set Friday, July 3, 2026, as the record date for ascertaining shareholders' entitlement to the dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26. The company had previously recommended a dividend of ₹8 per equity share of face value Rs.10/-, which remains subject to approval by shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). Subject to approval and tax deduction, the dividend will be paid within 30 days from the declaration date.
