Batliboi & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants, (ICAI Firm Registration No. 101049W/E300004) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company, for a term of five (5) consecutive years commencing from the conclusion of 11th AGM held on September 18, 2026, for the financial year 2025-26 until the conclusion of the 16th AGM to be held for the financial year 2030-31. At the conclusion of the 11th AGM, M/s BSR & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants (ICAI Firm Registration No. 101248W/W - 100022) completed their second term as the Statutory Auditors and accordingly ceased to hold office.
