Accordingly, the value of the said work order has been revised from ₹17.60 Crore to ₹19.23 Crore pursuant to the amended work order dated September 17, 2026. The relevant disclosures pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations read with Part A of Schedule III thereto and SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD- POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, are enclosed herewith as “Annexure A”. All other terms and conditions of the work order remain unchanged. The amendment has resulted in an increase in the overall value of the work order and is expected to have a corresponding positive impact on the Company's revenue from the said engagement.
