The Company had invested Rs. 193.32 crore (in the form of Equity and Subordinated Debt) in the SPV. Pursuant to the transaction, the Company has received a consideration of Rs. 485.86 Crore from the Purchaser. The details of the transaction are provided in Annexure I hereto.
