Nil Nil The Board noted that: (a) the SE Entities along with the persons related to them (as defined in Regulation 31A(1)(b) of the Listing Regulations) satisfy the requirements set out in Regulation 31A(3)(b) of the Listing Regulations and have also confirmed that they will continue to comply with the conditions mentioned in Regulation 31A(4) of Listing Regulations post re-classification from “promoter” category to “public” category; and (b) the Company satisfies the conditions set out in Regulation 31A(3)(c) of the Listing Regulations. In view of the above, the Board has approved the re-classification request of the SE Entities from the “promoter” category to the “public” category in accordance with Regulation 31A of the Listing Regulations and the Company will seek the approval / no-objection of the stock exchanges for such re-classification request in due course.
