The quarter reflects continued demand for biodiesel across OMC and industrial applications, while our focus on cost discipline and operational efficiency supported healthy profit growth. ❖ During the quarter, standalone profitability remained under pressure due to the prevailing international price differential between fossil fuels and biofuels, despite continued growth in domestic biodiesel consumption. We remain encouraged by the increasing adoption of renewable and cleaner fuels and expect domestic consumption levels to remain broadly stable over the next 12 months. ❖ Our capacity and operating platform provide a strong foundation to participate in the next phase of industry growth. With 4,80,000 KL of annual biodiesel production capacity, a flexible multi-feedstock platform capable of processing 10–15 feedstocks, and an integrated manufacturing footprint, we remain focused on improving capacity utilisation, strengthening OMC participation and expanding our industrial and distribution channels. ❖ Business visibility remains healthy, supported by an existing OMC order book of approximately ₹173.45 Crores, with execution expected across the current and upcoming quarters. The extension of the OMC tender by a further two months provides additional execution visibility. Going forward, our priorities remain disciplined execution, improving utilisation, strengthening feedstock sourcing and expanding our value-added opportunities, including glycerin, while pursuing our aspiration of 25–30% revenue CAGR and 18–22% EBITDA margins over the next three years.” INVESTOR PRESENTATION GROWTH JOURNEY & KEY MILESTONES Kotyark Industries Limited, Successful IPO and listing Successfully migrated incorporated in 2016, is engaged on the NSE Emerge In 2024, Became the first from NSE SME Platform to in the manufacturing of biodiesel platform in 2021, making Indian biodiesel company NSE & BSE Main Board in and value-added by-products, Kotyark India’s first listed to receive Verra carbon March 2026, marking a with manufacturing facilities in pure-play biodiesel certification and earned major growth milestone.
