Sir/Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that, as per the information received by the Company via email on 17/09/2026, Niche Ninety Nine Capability and Certifications (OPC) Private Limited (Niche 99), a SEBI-registered ESG Rating Provider (ERP) under ‘Category II’ in terms of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Credit Rating Agencies) Regulations, 1999, has assigned an Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) rating of “60.89” (ESG Band: Performer) to the Company. It is further informed that the Company has neither engaged Niche 99 for the aforesaid rating nor participated in the preparation of the ESG rating report. The rating has been independently determined by Niche 99 based solely on information available in the public domain, without any consultation with or inputs from the Company.
