In this connection, we wish to inform that the above captioned news item is correct, and the Company hereby clarify that the said news pertains to the Company’s press release made on September 17, 2026 titled as “Dr. Reddy's expands collaboration with Gilead Sciences through voluntary licensing agreement for investigational once-yearly lenacapavir for HIV prevention.” Further, as required, please take on record the below clarifications on the following points: • Whether such negotiations/events were taking place?
