We wish to inform you that the Company has today commenced commercial production of VAE at its VAE manufacturing facility in Dahej, Gujarat, having an installed capacity of 1,50,000 tons per annum. The VAE manufactured at the facility is intended to be primarily utilised for captive consumption at the Company’s paint manufacturing facilities. The commencement of commercial production at the facility marks a significant milestone in the Company's ongoing backward integration initiatives. The construction of VAM manufacturing, ethylene storage and handling facilities is in progress. The Company will continue to make necessary disclosures on any material developments in this regard from time to time. You are requested to take the above information on record.
