Sub: - Intimation under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)

This has reference to IBD Solar Powertech (Pvt.) Ltd (“IBD”), a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of the
Company, incorporated in Bangladesh under the Companies Act, 1994, for operating and to carry on the
business of solar power plant. IBD, had no revenue or commercial operations and had filed an application for
voluntary winding-up by way of strike off of name on 10th October, 2023 with the Office of the Registrar of
Joint Stock Companies and Firms, Bangladesh. This is to inform that on 16th September, 2026, IBD has received
the winding-up certificate from the Office of the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms, Bangladesh,
confirming the winding-up of IBD with effect from 13th September, 2026.
The details as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations, 2015 read along with the SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-
CFDPOD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, are enclosed as Annexure A.
