We wish to inform you that, pursuant to an operational issue pertaining to one of the eligible ESOP grantees, the total number of Equity Shares allotted under the Scheme stands revised to 3,75,365 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each. These equity shares shall rank pari-passu with existing equity shares of the Company in all respects. Pursuant to this allotment, the revised issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the Company will stand increased to Rs. 10,24,30,248/- (Rupees Ten Crore Twenty-Four Lakh Thirty Thousand Two Hundred Forty-Eight Only) consisting of 5,12,15,124 (Five Crore Twelve Lakh Fifteen Thousand One Hundred Twenty-Four) Equity Shares having face value of Rs.2/- each.
