VIDYUT100 was successfully taped out during Q1 FY2027 and has now been received from the fabrica(cid:415)on facility and is undergoing silicon evalua(cid:415)on and valida(cid:415)on in MosChip's engineering laboratories Ini(cid:415)al silicon bring-up ac(cid:415)vi(cid:415)es have been completed successfully, with key device func(cid:415)ons demonstra(cid:415)ng expected opera(cid:415)on during preliminary laboratory evalua(cid:415)on. The engineering team has completed the first phase of evalua(cid:415)on, providing encouraging results that validate the design methodology and integra(cid:415)on approach adopted for the program. While the progress to date has been posi(cid:415)ve, comprehensive valida(cid:415)on and performance characteriza(cid:415)on ac(cid:415)vi(cid:415)es are con(cid:415)nuing across analog, digital, metrology, communica(cid:415)on, and system-level func(cid:415)ons. These ac(cid:415)vi(cid:415)es are expected to con(cid:415)nue over the coming weeks to ensure that the device meets the stringent reliability, accuracy, and performance requirements expected from next-genera(cid:415)on smart metering pla(cid:414)orms. VIDYUT100 represents an important step in MosChip's vision of enabling indigenous semiconductor solu(cid:415)ons for the energy sector.
