Ltd." by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India. We wish to clarify that the entity referred to in the said news reports is a separate and independent legal entity, entirely unconnected with Ganesh Consumer Products Limited. The Company has no holding, subsidiary, associate, joint venture, promoter, shareholding, management, licensing, manufacturing, distribution or business relationship of any nature whatsoever with the said entity, and none of the Company's manufacturing facilities or products is the subject of the reported action. The Company further confirms that it has not received any notice, order or communication from the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India or any other food safety authority suspending or cancelling any licence held by the Company or any of its facilities, and that all licences and registrations held by the Company are valid and subsisting as on date. The similarity in nomenclature has resulted in the said news being incorrectly associated with the Company in certain quarters. The Company is separately taking up the matter with the concerned media organisations for issuance of a suitable clarification.
