We wish to inform you that both the Transferee Company and the Transferor Company have today i.e., 17th September, 2026 filed the certified copy of the Hon’ble NCLT order with the Registrar of Companies. Accordingly, the Scheme has become effective from 17th September, 2026, with the Appointed Date being 1st April, 2024. The above is for your information, records and dissemination please.
