Renfra Energy India Limited (Renfra) for setting up of 2 (Two) Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs) of 3.3 MW each, aggregating to 6.6 MW Further to our intimation dated May 20, 2026 regarding execution of Letter of Intent (LOI) for expansion of installed capacity by setting up 2 (Two) Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs) of 3.3 MW each, aggregating to 6.6 MW in M/s. Beta Wind Farm Private Limited (Beta), material subsidiary of the company, we hereby wish to inform you that the Investment / Borrowing / Banking Committee of the Board of Directors of Beta(IBBC of Beta), at its meeting held today (September 17, 2026) has approved entering into EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) Contract with M/s. Renfra Energy India Limited (Renfra) for setting up 2 (Two) Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs) of 3.3 MW each, aggregating to 6.6 MW, on turnkey basis at Karur District, Tamil Nadu and authorizing officials to do all such acts and deeds as may be necessary in connection thereto. One of these two WTGs shall be erected on the lands already acquired by Beta and acquisition of land parcels for installation of the second WTG is underway. The IBBC of Beta approved to revise the date of commissioning of the project to November 30, 2026, while retaining other material terms as agreed in the aforementioned Letter of intent. However, the commissioning of project is subject to acquisition of land parcels for second WTG and receipt of necessary approvals from regulatory authorities. Accordingly, Beta has executed the EPC contract with Renfra today, i.e, September 17, 2026. The details/disclosures in respect of such contract, as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, read with Schedule III thereto and SEBI Master Circular dated January 30, 2026, are provided in the enclosed Annexure-I.
