Scrip Code: 543412 Symbol: STARHEALTH Dear Sir(s), Sub: Intimation regarding submission of application for withdrawal of reclassification application filed with the Stock Exchanges (BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited) for the Promoter Group entities of the Company This is with reference to the intimations SHAI/B&S/SE/107/2026-27 dated September 11, 2026, and SHAI/B&S/SE/112/2026-27 dated September 16, 2026, regarding the withdrawal of reclassification application filed with the Stock Exchanges (BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited) in respect of Industrial Glass Fiber Industries, Interics and IDC Electronics Limited and approval of the Board of Directors for such withdrawal. In this regard, we wish to inform you that the Company has submitted an application to the Stock Exchanges seeking withdrawal of reclassification application in respect of the aforesaid Promoter Group entities. Consequently, Industrial Glass Fiber Industries and Interics shall cease to form part of the Promoter Group of the Company with immediate effect. IDC Electronics Limited shall continue to remain part of the Promoter Group of the Company. Kindly take the same on record.
