Sub.: Typographical Error in the Notice of 86th Annual General Meeting.
Dear Sir / Madam,
This is to inform you that the following typographical error has occurred in the Notice of the 86th Annual General
Meeting for the financial year 2025-26:
The Cut-off Date for e-voting shall be read as September 17, 2026, instead of September 16, 2026. Accordingly
the book closure period shall be from September 18, 2026 to September 23, 2026 (both days inclusive).
All other contents of the AGM Notice remain unchanged. This Corrigendum shall be read in conjunction with the
AGM Notice.
Further, the aforesaid corrigendum shall be published in the newspapers for the information of the shareholders
and a copy thereof shall be forwarded to the Stock Exchanges.
