September 17, 2026 The Manager - Listing BSE Limited (BSE: 507685) The Manager - Listing National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE: WIPRO) Dear Sir/Madam, Sub: Grant of Restricted Stock Units This is to inform you that the Company has granted 3,10,120 (ThreeLakh Ten Thousand One Hundred and Twenty) ADS Restricted Stock Units and 5,99,197 (Five Lakh Ninety-Nine Thousand One Hundred and Ninety-Seven) Restricted Stock Units un der Company’s Employee Stock Options, Performance Stock Unit and Restricted Stock Unit Scheme 2024, to identified employees of the Company and its subsidiaries. This grant is effective from September 17, 2026. These shall vest as per the vesting schedule approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board and can be exercised over the exercise period as approved by the Committee.
