The certificate of incorporation has been duly received on 16th September, 2026 from Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. The details under Regulation 30, Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with Master Circular Number SEBI/HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30th January, 2026 are given at ‘Annexure - A’.
