Outcome of Board Meeting

Vipul Limited has informed the Exchange regarding the outcome of its Board Meeting held on September 15, 2026, where the Board considered and approved the merger of six wholly-owned subsidiaries with the company, took on record the non-compliance and penalties levied by SEBI, and took note of the payment made in respect of the penalties. The Board also re-appointed Mr. Ajay Arjit Singh as Independent Director for a second term of five years.
