In the said intimation, due to an inadvertent typographical error, the recommended final dividend was incorrectly mentioned as ₹0.05/- per equity share of face value of ₹1/- each. We hereby clarify that the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on 30th May 2026, had recommended a final dividend of ₹0.03/- (Three Paise only) per equity share of face value of ₹1/- each for the financial year ended 31st March 2026, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. Accordingly, the intimation dated 08th September 2026 stands corrected to the extent that the recommended dividend shall be read as ₹0.03/- per equity share. All other contents of the said intimation shall remain unchanged. We further inform that the revised Notice of Annual General Meeting is being circulated to the members incorporating the aforesaid correction and necessary effect.
