The Company, vide its letter dated September 02, 2026, submitted a request seeking compounding of the alleged offence with a minimum applicable fee. Subsequently, the Authority issued an Order on September 08, 2026, requiring the Company to pay a compounding fee of ₹ 50,000/- (Indian Rupees Fifty Thousand only) through Demand Draft (DD). The Company has duly complied with the directive by submitting a Bank Demand Draft towards the payment of compounding fee on September 15, 2026, and has formally informed the Authority through a letter dated September 16, 2026. The requisite details pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations are shared below: 1. Name of the Authority – Assistant Controller of Legal Metrology (Weights & Measures Department), Government of NCT Delhi, Plot No: 17, Institutional Area, Vishwas Nagar, Delhi- 110032 2. Nature and details of the action(s) taken, initiated or order(s) passed – Compounding fee (₹ 50,000/-) determined by the authority for non-declaration of size of the item on label of the product (being Sherwani) 3. Date of receipt of the direction or order, including any ad-interim or interim orders, or any other communication from the authority – September 16, 2026 at 16:35 hours 4. Details of the violation(s)/contravention(s) committed or alleged to be committed – Alleged non-declaration of the size of the item on the product label, causing the violation of Rule 9 of Legal Metrology Packaged Commodities Rules 2011. 5. Impact on the financial, operation or other activities of the listed entity, quantifiable in monetary terms to the extent possible – Except the amount mentioned above, there is no other impact on the financial or operation of the Company.
