2015, we would like to inform you that our Subsidiary Company Suratwwala Natural Energy
Resource Private Limited (formerly known as Suratwwala Natural Energy Resource LLP) has been
awarded 20MWAC /28.1 MW DC EPC basis Letter of Intent by M/s. Shree Tatyasaheb Kore
Warana SSK Ltd. The details of order are enclosed in the Annexure-1 .
Further we would like to inform that None of the promoter/promoter group/group companies
have any interest in the entity that awarded the Letter of Intent. Further, the Letter of Intent
would not fall within the purview of the Related Party Transaction.
