Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company has issued a notice of termination to NTPC Limited in respect of aforesaid Contract Agreements, with immediate effect. The Company has invoked the applicable dispute resolution mechanism and reserved its rights and remedies under the Contract Agreements. The financial impact of the termination is presently being assessed.
