The 21st AGM of the Company was held on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at 03.00 p.m. (IST) and
concluded at 03:56 p.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Video Means (OAVM).

Col. David Devasahayam (Retd.), Chairman & Managing Director of the Company chaired the Meeting.
The Chairman informed that the Meeting was held through VC / OAVM in compliance with the circulars
issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India. After
ascertaining quorum, the meeting was called to order. All the Directors of the Company attended the
meeting.
The Chairman welcomed all Shareholders, Directors, Auditors and other invitees who joined over VC.
Mr. Nithin Tom, the Company Secretary, outlined the procedural and technical details for participating
in the AGM. He also confirmed that the relevant registers and other documents specified in the AGM
notice, as required by the Companies Act, 2013, are available for inspection.
Notice, Auditors Report and Secretarial Auditors Report were taken as read as all the above were already
made available with the shareholders. The Chairman informed that the Statutory Auditors' Report and
Secretarial Auditors Report did not have any qualifications, observations, comments or other adverse
remarks. Thereafter the Chairman delivered his Speech to the Shareholders of the Company.
After completion, the following items of business, as per the Notice of AGM dated August 12, 2026, were

Mr Nithin Tom, Company Secretary informed the Shareholders that the Company provided members
the facility to cast their vote electronically, on all resolutions set forth in the Notice. General instructions
were also provided to the members regarding participation in the AGM and for utilising the facility of
e-voting during the AGM. The e-voting facility was extended up to 30 minutes after the conclusion of
AGM.
Shareholders were provided an opportunity to speak and ask questions at the AGM. Out of eight
shareholders who registered to speak at the AGM, six shareholders asked questions on Strategy,
Operations, Finance and performance of Valuables Logistics segment and Company’s fintech subsidiary
M/s. Aceware Fintech Services Pvt. Ltd.. The Chairman along with the senior management answered
the questions raised by the Shareholders.
The Chairman informed that the e-voting facility will continue to be available for 30 minutes from the
conclusion of AGM and the voting results on all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of AGM, along
with the Scrutinizer’s Report will be intimated to the Stock Exchanges and will be posted on the website
of NSDL and the Company within two working days of conclusion of AGM (ie. on or before 18th
September 2026). Thereafter, the Chairman thanked the Members and the Board of Directors participated
in the meeting and declared the meeting as closed.
The meeting commenced at 03.00 P.M (IST) and concluded at 03.56 P.M (IST).
