Sir/Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that, as per the information received by the Company via email on 16/09/2026, Crisil ESG Ratings & Analytics Limited (Crisil ESG Ratings), a SEBI- registered ESG Rating Provider (ERP) under ‘Category 1’ in terms of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Credit Rating Agencies) Regulations, 1999, has assigned an Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) rating of “63” (Category: Strong) to the Company. It is further informed that that the Company has neither engaged Crisil ESG Ratings for the aforesaid rating nor participated in the preparation of the ESG rating report. The rating has been independently determined by Crisil ESG Ratings based solely on information available in the public domain, without any consultation with or inputs from the Company.
